2020 GDLN Distance Learning Seminar Series We would like to announce the launch of the KDI School of Public Policy and Management’s 2020 GDLN Blended Learning Series. The program will cover lessons on various dimensions of Korea"s Public Sector Innovation for Sustainable Development via seven GDLN videoconference seminars. Participants will be encouraged to take part in debates and share professional experiences and case studies. Courses will be taught by KDI School faculty, experts in the field, practitioners, and guest speakers. We invite our GDLN community to join us for a timely discussion on how Korea has been applying and adjusting to the rapid changes in technology (artificial intelligence, IoT, robotics, etc.) in delivering public services, and the lessons we are learning and the challenges we are deliberating along the way. The program consists of seven GDLN videoconference seminars that are organized over a four-month period.

Who Should Attend The Blended Learning Program at the KDI School is intended for experienced managers, general development practitioners and stakeholders who are either civil servants, involved in ICT development, or have interest in the field of public sector innovations for sustainable development.
Application Process Participants who can attend a nearby GDLN affiliate which participates in the live videoconferences, are encouraged to do so. Individual participants who are unable to access the videoconference sessions can participate via YouTube Live Stream from home. Individual participants should submit an online application via the online application link below or download an application form provided from the http://www.gdln.or.kr website.

The deadline for applications is April 2, 2020. Applicants must register and attend all seven sessions of the Distance Learning Seminar Series in order to be eligible to apply for the face-to-face training program in Korea. Please find attached the program brochure. |
