2019 GDLN Distance Learning Seminar Series We would like to announce the launch of the KDI School of Public Policy and Management’s 2019 GDLN Blended Learning Series. The program will cover lessons on various dimensions of Korea"s Public Sector Performance Management System via seven GDLN videoconference seminars. Participants will be encouraged to take part in debates and share professional experiences and case studies. Courses will be taught by KDI School faculty, experts in the field, practitioners, and guest speakers. This program provides insights on the objectives of Korea"s performance management systems and how it fits into setting organizational visions and improving civil service systems, while drawing from other country experiences. The program consists of seven GDLN videoconference seminars that are organized over a five-month period.

Who Should Attend The Blended Learning Program at the KDI School is intended for experienced managers, general development practitioners and stakeholders who are either civil servants, involved in the human resource management development in the public/private sector or have interest in government performance management programs. Application Process Participants who can attend a nearby GDLN affiliate, which participates in the live videoconferences, are encouraged to do so. Individual participants who are unable to access the videoconference sessions can participate via YouTube Live Stream from home. Individual participants should submit an online application via Google engine link below or download an application form. Applicants must register and attend all seven sessions of the Distance Learning Seminar Series in order to be eligible to apply for the face-to-face training program in Korea.
