Participants will be encouraged to take part in debates and share professional experiences and case studies. Courses will be taught by KDI School faculty, experts in the field, practitioners, and guest speakers.

This program provides insights on the objectives of Korea"s performance management systems and how it fits into setting organizational visions and improving civil service systems, while drawing from other country experiences.
